Seniors Day-Out: Where Dreams Come True (Coming Soon!!)

While our technical programs protect seniors from online fraud, Seniors Day-Out is dedicated to celebrating their lives. We provide selected seniors with fully funded, custom-tailored "Day-Out" experiences designed around their personal bucket lists.

Whether it’s enjoying a favorite meal, getting a fresh new outfit and makeover, or taking on a thrilling excursion, we aren't here to limit their aspirations - only budget, health, and safety dictate the boundaries. Skydiving at 85? If family and medical staff give the green light, who are we to say no?

Preserving Legacy & Creating Memories

Every Seniors Day-Out includes two unique, permanently recorded gifts:

1. The Custom Adventure: A tailored 4-hour to multi-day outing designed entirely around the senior's comfort, medical clearance, and personal wishes.

2. The Legacy Interview: A dedicated sit-down recording where the senior can share their life story, cherished memories, wisdom, and family history. Through a guided questionnaire, we also collect valuable records - such as family timelines, ancestral stories, and historical medical insights - creating a priceless record for loved ones to look back on decades down the road.

Privacy First & Our Community Vision

• 100% Optional Public Sharing: Every adventure and interview is professionally filmed, but public posting on YouTube is never a requirement. If a senior or family prefers privacy, the high-definition recordings are provided exclusively to the family for private viewing.

• Funding the Next Adventure: When seniors do choose to share their story publicly on YouTube, their videos help spread joy worldwide while generating ad revenue and donations that directly fund the next senior's dream outing.

• Our Ultimate Goal: We are launching with a few featured outings per year, but our vision is to scale this initiative to weekly adventures across every city CBYC serves - building the nation's premier senior empowerment organization.

Sponsor an Experience, Book a Day-Out, or Give Today

To keep this program sustainable and accessible to every older adult across the Metro East, we offer three pathways to bring a Seniors Day-Out to life:

Option A: General Community Support (Any Amount Helps!)

You do not need to sponsor an entire outing to make a meaningful difference. Small contributions add up quickly to fund gas, meals, outfits, and memory keepsakes:

• Every Dollar Counts ($10 - $250+): Helps cover lunch at a senior's favorite diner, a fresh haircut or makeover, vehicle fuel, or archival storage for a Legacy Interview recording.

• Donate What You Can: Give any custom amount to support the Seniors Day-Out Fund so we can say "yes" to our next board-selected nominee.

Option B: Full Tax-Deductible Sponsorship (Sponsor a Senior)

Help us grant a complete dream experience for a nominated senior in financial need:

• Full Outing Sponsor ($3,500): Covers 100% of planning, staffing, transportation, meals, outfit/experience fees, and a complete Legacy Interview package for a deserving senior.

• Legacy & Memory Sponsor ($1,500): Covers full video production, legacy interview editing, and a personalized memory kit for a senior and their family.

• Experience Supporter ($500): Funds meals, outfits, and activity fees for an upcoming outing.

Option C: Private Family Booking & Community Match (Fee-for-Service)

Families can also hire Call Before You Click directly to plan, staff, and execute a custom Seniors Day-Out for their own parent or grandparent. Private packages start at $6,000 and scale up based on duration, travel scope, and excursion complexity.

How Our Community Match Works: Every private family booking includes a built-in, tax-deductible community match contribution equal to $3,000 OR 50% of the total package cost, whichever is greater.

• Standard Outings ($6,000 total): $3,000 covers your family's private outing, while $3,000 fully sponsors a second Seniors Day-Out for a nominated senior in financial need.

• Premium or Multi-Day Excursions ($10,000+ total): 50% covers your custom private itinerary, while the remaining 50% provides CBYC with the resources to fund multiple dream outings for local older adults selected by our advisory board.
