We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out forms on our website, make a donation, register for a Project S.T.A.R.T. workshop, book an in-home service, or submit a Seniors Day-Out nomination.

• Payment Data: Credit/debit card details, billing address, and transaction history (processed securely through our payment provider).

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information gathered through standard website analytics to ensure site security and proper functionality.

We use the information we collect solely to support our non-profit mission, specifically to:

• Process tax-deductible donations, sponsorships, and service bookings.

• Provide helpline assistance, schedule in-home technical consultations, and execute Seniors Day-Out events.

• Send automated transaction receipts, booking confirmations, and updates regarding our community safety programs.

• Protect our systems against fraudulent activity or security threats.

3. Payment Processing & Security

Payment processing for donations and private bookings is powered by Stripe. When you make a contribution or booking on our site, Stripe collects payment details, transaction records, and technical identifiers to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.

• PCI Compliance & Encryption: All financial transactions are transmitted using industry-standard SSL/HTTPS encryption. Call Before You Click does not store raw credit card numbers or sensitive banking details on our servers.

4. Strict Privacy Promise (No Sharing or Selling)

Your personal information, network details, and device configurations are strictly confidential. We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information is only shared when necessary to complete a transaction (e.g., payment processing through Stripe) or as required by law.

5. Refund & Donation Policy

• Donations & Sponsorships: Contributions made to Call Before You Click directly support our free community programs and are generally non-refundable. If an error was made in the donation amount or billing frequency, please contact us within 14 days to request a correction or refund.

• Private Family Bookings (Fee-for-Service): Cancellations for private Seniors Day-Out bookings made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled outing are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to a partial processing fee to cover non-refundable venue deposits and logistics setup.
