No Upfront Payment: Payment is collected on-site via Square after your service is completed. We never ask for payment or credit card details online.

In-Home Technical Assistance (Subsidies Available for Eligible Clients)
Our hands-on in-home services are offered at a standard rate of $80/hour (plus a travel support fee). As a non-profit organization, full fee waivers, sliding-scale subsidies, and reduced rates are available for qualifying clients based on financial need.
To steward our non-profit resources effectively, all in-home visits must align directly with our core mission of supporting scam prevention, digital security, aging-in-place, and quality of life for vulnerable community members.

Scam & Fraud Defense Setup: Installing security updates, configuring privacy settings, setting up spam/call blockers, and auditing devices for malware or suspicious apps.
Secure Account Restores & Password Manager Setup: Providing 1-on-1 assistance with password management - replacing vulnerable paper password notebooks - along with configuring two-factor authentication and restoring safe account access following a security concern.
Quality-of-Life & Tech - Setup & Coaching: Tailored, patient guidance on streamlining and operating equipment from cable boxes or streaming devices to safely accessing online banking, telehealth portals, digital prescriptions, and everyday tools that foster independence.
Aging-in-Place & Assistive Tech: Setting up senior-friendly tablets, simplifying computer interfaces, configuring voice-controlled assistance (smart speakers for emergency calls/reminders), installing fall-detection and personal emergency response systems (PERS), and setting up easy-to-use communication tools to keep clients connected.
Safety & Security Systems: Assisting with video doorbells, smart locks, emergency alert systems, and secure Wi-Fi networks to ensure personal and home safety.
Remote Family Support Setup (JubileeTV): Installing and configuring JubileeTV to allow family members to remotely assist with TV navigation, check in, and share photos or video calls effortlessly.
TV, Sound & Entertainment Setup: Mounting televisions, installing sound systems, and setting up streaming media to enhance daily quality of life and maintain a strong connection to the outside world.
